When you’re in your 20s, everything feels complicated. Which is where The Undone comes in, a show about navigating the “adult” world without a GPS, friendship, love, sex, personal politics, and... air fryers. Meet Emily and Lucy. They work at Mamamia and they live together in the inner city. They spend their days trying to work out how to turn the oven on, why their dating lives are such garbage fires, and why sometimes their tiny daily struggles seem just as insurmountable as the world’s biggest problems. Every week on The Undone they’ll be sharing dating stories and talking about the biggest issue in their world, because... nothing is simple in your 20s.

A Guide To Sex On Your Period
When you're on your period, is sex off the table for you? Or are you extra horny? There should be no stigma around period sex, but it can be daunting. So, Lucy has put together a bunch of tips to make that time of the month extra pleasurable, as well as clear up some misconceptions.
Also, Em and Lucy answer a listener dilemma from someone who's (smaller) friend called themselves 'fat' and wants them to understand why this hurt.

This week we thought Lucy hijacked our confessions form (which you can submit to here). But it turns out the fear of running into your ex is so much more common than we thought.
