I like the topics. HOWEVER, the way you implement your sponsors is super annoying! It’s sudden, e.g. when you are discussing difficult topics like „fighting“ and in a second you talk about a sponsor against hairloss? This is ridiculous. Also, the amount you mention sponsors on your episodes exponentially increased which worries me.

Ad placement is terrible. You should consider to place it at the beginning, middle or end of the episode and prelude it with an audio signal. Instead of interrupting the natural dialogue. I’m interested in the topics but as a non native speaker it’s so hard to follow. I love Jeff and enjoy his informative reels on instagram. But Sarah is just too loud and annoying. Can’t bear to hear her.

For me the good input is coming from Jeff, he shares some personal stuff but often gives professional explanations & advice. The input Sarah gives I do not perceive as professional. However I appreciate her vulnerability. I do not appreciate the advertisement for a product they desperately mentioning in each an every episode, you can hear they really wanna make some money with it.
