    In 1993, 13-year-old Crystallyn Girard was found dead in her bedroom by her mother Lynn Dejac. The police found Lynn to be a neglectful mother and pinned the murder on her. She was ultimately convicted and sent off to prison. Lynn contended that the likely suspect was her ex-boyfriend Dennis Donahue.

    Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the unsolved murder of Crystallyn Girard. This is a case that took many years to unfold. Cold case investigators were finally able to gather evidence to suggest that Lynn did not murder her daughter. But, would it be enough for a judge to set aside her conviction? And, why would police not go after the suspect that many people believe committed the murder?

    Jill Behrman

    Jill Behrman

    19-year-old Jill Behrman was a bright and ambitious college student at Indiana University in Bloomington when she went missing in 2000. Her partial remains were later found in 2003 by a hunter. 

    Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the puzzling disappearance and murder of Jill Behrman. There were confessions over the years in Jill's case, all of which were later recanted. But one man, John Myers, had made a number of suspicious statements over the years. Police charged him with Jill's murder in 2006 and a jury ultimately convicted him for the murder. His conviction was later overturned and the state is currently appealing that decision and will wait to see whether they will retry Myers.

    Martha Moxley

    Martha Moxley

    In 1975, 15-year-old Martha Moxley was murdered in the wealthy town of Greenwich, Connecticut. This case drew national attention due to the fact that the Moxley's lived across the street from the Skakel family who had ties to the Kennedy clan. 

    Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the murder of Martha Moxley and the twists and turns in the case. Michael Skakel, who was 15-years-old at the time of Martha's murder, was eventually arrested, charged and tried with the murder. But, a series of legal wranglings over the years resulted in his conviction being overturned. The question remains, who really murdered Martha Moxley.

    In 1997, 18-year-old Kristen Modafferi disappeared in San Francisco, California. Kristen was a college student in North Carolina but had accepted an opportunity to take a photography class at UC Berkeley over the summer. She was living with five roommates and working two jobs when she vanished on June 23, 1997.

    Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the disappearance of Kristen Modafferi. She was a very bright, talented and energetic young woman just beginning to start her adult life. The details of her disappearance and resulting search and persons of interest are mysterious.

    Evelyn Hernandez

    Evelyn Hernandez

    In 2002, Evelyn Hernandez had a 5-year-old son named Alex and was almost 9 months pregnant with her second son. On May 1, 2002, both Evelyn and Alex disappeared. Evelyn's torso was later found floating in the San Francisco Bay but Alex has never been found.

    Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the unsolved murder of Evelyn Hernandez and the disappearance of her son Alex. Evelyn's case has drawn many comparisons to the murder case of Laci Peterson because of the similar location and timeframe. But, there are stark differences in these cases when it comes to the amount of print and television coverage that they received. Many people believe that the differences in coverage were a result of racial bias.

    10-year-old Zachary Ramsay disappeared on February 6, 1996, while walking to school. The school notified Zachary's mother that he had not made it and she called police to report him missing. The police and volunteers began a massive search for Zachary and they found a number of witnesses who saw the young boy that morning. One witness saw a man wearing what appeared to be a police jacket following Zachary.

    Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the disappearance of Zachary Ramsey. The case heats up for investigators when they learn about a despicable man named Nathaniel Benjamin Levi Bar-Jonah. Bar-Jonah committed many horrible crimes over the years, beginning when he was only seven-years-old. Did this man abduct and murder Zachary Ramsay?
