    Aadityahrudayam (The Sun Stotra)

    5000 years ago Sage Agastya popularized the concept of Motivation and pep talk through his Aadityahrudayam Stotra - a song in praise of the Sun god. Reciting this stotra daily  enables a person to be energetic throughout the day.  The syllables in the stotra are sequenced in such way as to trigger a subtle yet positive vibrations throughout the body when recited. If taught at an early age, this stotra can help children become more comfortable and confident in handling stress and life situations.
