    The Big Thing Series - Episode 4

    Welcome to Episode Four of our “The Big Thing” series! This series is composed of several short episodes recorded by our project participants from Belgium, who will provide you with a privileged insight into our project, the activities and the people who make it so special. The Big Thing podcast series has recorded, edited and mixed by Ditmar, Jay and Youssri. A special thank you goes to them. In the last episode of this series, podcasters Jay, Youssri, and Ditmar take us on a journey to Toledo, Spain, where the latest transnational training course took place. Through an engaging conversation and recorded excerpts from the week, they share their experiences, highlight the training sessions led by participants, and explore the inspiring stories and motivations of youth from Spain and Slovenia. This project aims to promote greater inclusion of people with disabilities in youth work and non-formal education across Europe, particularly through the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs. As part of this initiative, individuals with disabilities from Belgium, Slovenia, and Spain are taking part in a specialised training programme to become European trainers, following the ETS (European Training Strategy) competency model.
