Kelsey is passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults in the North Texas area. She works with clients of all ages, from as young as three through late adulthood. She is very familiar with competitive sports community in North Texas, playing soccer throughout her entire life on club teams, high school teams, and all four years in her time at Austin College. She enjoys working with clients that play competitive sports and struggle with performance anxiety. ​ Katie prioritizes genuineness and acceptance in her work with clients to build a safe space to achieve growth. She operates from an attachment-based lens, working with clients to learn to build or re-build trusting, supportive relationships to help address areas of struggle or difficulty.
