    In episode 31, Laulau talks about speaking at her first live event in Miami! As well as how the mind fights back when you begin to reprogram your subconscious with new beliefs. You must make the previous limiting beliefs conscious but the process isn't always easy or pleasant. You must keep going long enough until you easily embody the frequency of your new desired reality.
