RowAlong – Indoor Rowing Workouts & Rowing Machine Training
Looking for an indoor rowing workout you can follow along to on your rowing machine?
RowAlong is a podcast designed to guide you through rowing machine workouts from start to finish — whether you’re rowing on a Concept2, WaterRower, NordicTrack, Hydrow, or any other indoor rower.
These are fully coached, follow-along rowing workouts where you press play, get on your machine, and row with me.
Perfect for:
• Beginner rowing workouts
• 20 minute rowing workouts
• Low impact cardio workouts
• Rowing for over 50s and seniors
• Endurance rowing sessions
• Interval rowing workouts
• Technique-focused rowing training
• Home gym cardio workouts
All sessions are time-based (not distance), so you can row at your own pace and fitness level. Whether you're completely new to indoor rowing or looking to improve your rowing technique and build endurance, you’ll find structured, progressive workouts here.
Unlike high-intensity shouty fitness classes, RowAlong delivers calm, motivating coaching throughout the entire workout. I guide your stroke rate, intensity, and technique while keeping you distracted and engaged — sometimes with rowing advice, sometimes with stories and nonsense to help the time fly.
There are two main series:
RowAlong Workouts – Structured rowing machine workouts focused on fitness, endurance, speed, and progression.
RowAlong Adventure – Fun, lighter 20-minute rowing sessions designed more for enjoyment and consistency than performance.
New workouts are added regularly, so whether you're training for a 2k, building base fitness, returning after time off, or just looking for a full body cardio workout at home — you’ll always have a session ready to go.
RowAlong helps you get fitter, faster, and stronger on your rowing machine — without feeling like you’re training alone.
Press play. Strap in. Let’s row.
