205: Bone Tithe or Bone Dry? Thanatek’s Tithe Review

The Ossiarch Bonereapers march into Embergard, and Path to Glory is cracking open Thanatek’s Tithe in full. This new Flex warband brings cadaver tokens, soul-linked attacks, resurrection tricks, and a Rivals deck built around harvesting “truebone” for Nagash’s grand design. On paper, it’s a macabre engine of bone collection, battlefield positioning, and calculated sacrifice.

George and Mark break down every rule on the warscroll, from channeling attacks through Retainers to farming cadaver tokens and raising fallen Mortis Reapers. They dig into how the mechanics are meant to flow, where the pressure points sit, and what it will take to make this skeletal machine hum in competitive play. There’s theorycrafting, salt, cautious optimism, and a whole lot of discussion about how many attacks you really need to keep the tithe paid.
