    The introduction the book. There has only been one goal from the very beginning of this project: Provide value and inspiration to creative professionals. It’s why I spent 2 years writing the book, and it’s why I give talks and teach whenever possible. The hardcover version of the book has already reached hundreds of creative professionals across more than 15 countries. But that’s still only a fraction of the freelancers, creators, and talents out there - pushing through imposter syndrome, enduring dry spells without enough work, navigating unpredictable finances, and dealing with the occasional odd or unreasonable client. We can all use a bit of encouragement and inspiration. I hope this format reaches a few more of you, offering access to valuable insights from the book in a new way, one that I know works and has already helped many creatives. This chapter is about the creative drive behind building something meaningful and the reality of turning that creativity into work that actually works. About finding the balance between ideas, ambition, and business, and a reminder that creativity is not separate from commercial success. It can be the very thing that drives it.
