Hi, I'm Mette, I'm 23. This, my first podcast, has come from my own experince of growing up in a culture, were honest and real conversations were'nt praticed or valued, hard conversations were'nt normalized. I lost my dad, when I was 16. Since then thorugh conversation in therapy and outside. I'm learning how much we learn and grow when cultivating conversation about what is meaning for us. When we allow ourself to be vulnerable, we connect deeper to, and create more self-awarness, more love, more depth.
