Your Legs Are Failing First — Here’s Why

Leg strength is one of the best indicators of longevity. Find out how to increase leg strength and longevity with a healthy lifestyle and diet. Discover a simple leg exercise that can make a massive difference in circulation and lower body strength! chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Leg strength for longevity 0:37 Leg problems that affect longevity 10:41 Type 2 diabetes 13:50 The Soleus push-up 16:40 Sitting-rising test and longevity 19:43 More tips for strong legs Did you know that your legs can give early warning signs about underlying health conditions? The older you are, the more relevant this becomes! The following conditions that affect the legs can provide insight into your longevity and overall health. 1. Peripheral neuropathy These symptoms of numbness, pain, tingling, or burning in the bottom of the feet or fingertips are often associated with diabetes. High levels of sugar in the bloodstream destroy the vascular and nervous systems. 2. Ankle and foot edema Puffy legs and ankles, or pitting edema, often signify a serious problem with circulation involving the kidney, liver, or heart. 3. Restless legs syndrome This often occurs at night and is related to the overconsumption of sugar. Interference with your sleep can decrease longevity. Dietary changes, vitamin B1, and magnesium may help improve this condition. 4. Deep vein thrombosis Clots in the legs can break off and travel to the lungs. Around 90% to 95% percent of heart attacks are caused by clots. 5. Peripheral artery disease This type of atherosclerosis goes beyond the arteries of the heart and is caused by damage to the endothelial layer of the arteries. 6. Chronic venous insufficiency This is associated with a sedentary lifestyle and puts increased pressure on the heart. 7. Sarcopenia Age-related muscle loss is one of the top predictors of mortality. Protein and exercise are vital, especially as you age. Type 2 diabetes and blood sugar issues cause problems with the inside of the arteries, which often show up in your legs first. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting can help reverse these issues, but this is often ignored by doctors. Benfotiamine and alpha-lipoic acid can also help with associated peripheral neuropathy. The soleus push-up can significantly improve your blood sugar and circulation, and the sitting-standing test is an excellent indicator of hip and core strength. Potassium, a low-carb diet, and the Soleus Push-up can all help improve edema and reduce excess water weight. Increasing nitric oxide supports the inner walls of the arteries, and consistent exercise and a sufficient amount of sleep can help strengthen the legs and increase longevity. From acupressure for pain relief to apple cider vinegar for digestion, these top health hacks don’t cost anything and work within seconds! Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: 11 simple health hacks 0:52 Increase CO2 1:33 Gallbladder massage 2:25 Acupressure for pain relief 4:12 Acupressure points for instant relaxation 5:43 Apple cider vinegar 6:23 Joint pain relief 7:29 Acupressure for headache 8:30 Sinus relief 1. Brain fog eraser Brain fog is typically the result of a hypoglycemic situation, so increasing your high-quality protein intake is a helpful solution. The best protein source is nutrient-dense red meat. 2. Increase CO2 Stress affects breathing and can cause you to take in too much oxygen. Increasing carbon dioxide by breathing through your nose may help with stress and also improve sleep, especially if you’re stressed out. 3. Gallbladder massage To find the gallbladder, press underneath the right rib cage and massage this area. This can help improve digestion and eliminate right shoulder pain. 4. Acupressure for pain relief The best acupressure technique for pain involves finding the mirror location of your pain on the opposite side of the body. Instead of applying pressure to the pain, you’ll apply pressure to this spot. 5. Fix tight muscles Be sure to stretch the muscle opposite of the muscle that’s causing you problems. 6. Sea salt under the tongue This works for weak muscles and can also work for fatigue. 7. Neck pain relief for instant relaxation A relaxed neck is vital for good sleep. For neck pain relief, apply pressure at the base of the hairline for instant relaxation. Apply pressure to this spot for about 2 minutes. 8. Apple cider vinegar Combine 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 to 4 ounces of water. Wait about 2 minutes and drink one more! This helps digestion and triggers the pancreas and gallbladder to release digestive juices. 9. Joint pain relief exercises Joint pain typically stems from a problem with your fascia—the connective tissue that covers the entire body. Stretching the fascia on the opposite side of the pain can often provide joint pain relief. 10. Headache pain relief Headaches often stem from past head injuries. Acupressure can provide headache pain relief if you apply pressure around the painful area. 11. Sinus relief Acupressure massage can provide instant relief for any type of breathing problem, such as sleep apnea, a deviated septum, and sinus problems. The #1 Best Food for Aging Skin

If you want glowing, youthful skin, you must work from the inside out. Discover one of the best anti-aging foods for your skin to add to your diet today! Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: How to look younger 1:46 The best anti-aging food 4:27 Collagen and anti-aging 4:52 The best anti-aging diet Is your beauty routine actually aging you? The creams and lotions you think are helping your skin could have plastics, toxic chemicals, and hidden carcinogens. Even the products containing collagen will not be absorbed topically through the skin. Over-cleansing and excess scrubbing destroy your skin’s microbiome. Tap water contains fluoride and chlorine, which are toxic and damaging to the skin. A filter for your shower can help. Statins can also destroy youthful skin. They block cholesterol, which is essential for skin health and integrity. The FDA does not do third-party testing on the chemicals in your anti-aging products. The EU has banned 1600 cosmetic ingredients, while the US has only banned 30. The best anti-aging food is high in retinol, an essential building block for connective tissue and vital for the skin’s immune function. This anti-aging food contains copper and zinc, which support skin elasticity and healing. It’s loaded with iron, and a single serving has more anti-wrinkle and anti-aging benefits than many expensive creams. If you haven’t guessed, grass-fed liver is the #1 anti-aging superfood! Grass-fed liver contains every cofactor and nutrient necessary for healthy, youthful skin. Some people don’t enjoy eating liver, and if you have preexisting liver damage, you may feel tired after eating it. If this happens, try taking one beef liver capsule before bed. Soaking liver in lemon juice can improve its taste. Many good recipes also make it more palatable. Liver pâté, grass-fed liver pills, and blending liver with ground beef can also help mask the flavor. If you consume collagen, you need many cofactors to penetrate the skin. Liver provides all of them! Ultraprocessed foods will make you look older! Low-fat diets can also have an aging effect on the skin. Low-fat protein and poor quality protein will help you lose weight, but won’t help you look younger. The SHOCKING #1 Cause of High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is not a disease! Learn how to lower blood pressure with dietary changes and increased intake of specific nutrients that act as natural blood pressure remedies in the body. Address the root cause of hypertension rather than just treating the symptoms. 0:00 Introduction: What causes high blood pressure? 1:15 Blood pressure explained 2:10 How to lower blood pressure and address nutritional deficiencies 2:38 Natural blood pressure remedies 4:33 Fixing insulin resistance to lower blood pressure Over 90% of hypertension is labeled as having an unknown cause, which is very profitable for drug companies. The endothelial layer of your arteries has insulin receptors. When these receptors are damaged, your blood pressure can increase. Too much insulin allows too much calcium to enter the cells, so calcium channel blockers are often used to lower high blood pressure. However, the connection between insulin resistance and high blood pressure is usually ignored. A protective shield called the glycocalyx typically covers the endothelial tissue on the inside of your arteries. When this shield becomes damaged, it can cause a cascade of problems, including cellular damage, inflammation, calcium buildup, and excess clotting. The glycocalyx is vulnerable to damage from glucose and fructose. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting can help you get healthy and lower your blood pressure quickly. Insulin resistance creates serious nutritional deficiencies that must also be addressed to lower blood pressure. To help reverse high blood pressure, increase the following nutrients: •Vitamin D •Magnesium glycinate •Potassium •Sulfur To fix insulin resistance and lower blood pressure, it’s important to avoid carbohydrates, sugar, starch, and seed oils. Remember that it may take a few weeks to notice blood pressure changes. A food log can help keep you on track. If your blood pressure is decreasing, but you notice that the top number remains high, focus on reducing stress. Ensure you sleep enough, take long walks, or try ashwagandha to lower your stress levels. In this video, we’re going to talk about early time-restricted eating. In my first book, I recommended that everyone should eat breakfast. In my second book, I removed that recommendation. After reviewing the research, I tried early time-restricted eating and I’m very impressed with the benefits. Early eating aligns with your circadian rhythm, so it can be beneficial to avoid eating after 3:00p.m. Here are 7 benefits of early time-restricted eating: 1. Better HOMA-IR (insulin sensitivity) 2. Better blood sugars 3. Better B-cell response 4. Lower appetite in the evening 5. Better insulin levels after eating 6. Autophagy 7. Food genes downgraded in the evening Biochemical pathways that are associated with eating and food are normally downgraded in the evening. Eating reactivates those food genes, which is why I'm experimenting with my eating pattern. I’m still fasting for 20 hours each day, I've just shifted my eating pattern from 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m! Cortisol spikes in the morning, causing you to become hungry. You don’t have a cortisol spike in the evening, so you’ll spend the rest of the day satisfied and simply not hungry. This leads to better digestion, better blood sugar, and better sleep. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. 10 Vitamins You Should NEVER Take

Find out about the harmful vitamins and supplements lurking in your medicine cabinet. These dangerous vitamins are not beneficial to your health, and often have the opposite effect. Do not take these vitamins! 0:00 Introduction: The 10 vitamins you should never take 0:40 Synthetic vitamin A 2:00 Synthetic beta carotene 3:08 Folic acid 4:25 Synthetic B12 5:51 Calcium carbonate 7:14 Iron 8:36 Magnesium oxide 9:33 Synthetic vitamin D (D2) 10:42 Omega-6 fat (Linoleic acid) 11:36 Copper Synthetic vitamins are often cheap and create a huge profit margin for the manufacturer. Most big vitamin companies are owned by Big Pharma and big chemical companies. Never take synthetic vitamin A! It can build up in the liver and fat cells and even cause a birth defect if it occurs during pregnancy. Synthetic vitamin A can also interfere with vitamin D and K2, increasing the risk of fractures. Beta carotene is not the same as vitamin A's active form. Synthetic beta carotene, made from coal tar and petroleum, can increase the risk of certain cancers. Folic acid is different from folate, the natural form of vitamin B9. Around 30% to 40% of the world's population has an alteration of the MTHFR gene, which interferes with their ability to turn folic acid into folate, causing it to build up in the blood. This can lead to an increased risk of cancer and a suppressed immune system. Synthetic B12, or cyanocobalamine, requires glutathione to convert to the active form methylcobalamine. Consuming large amounts of synthetic B12 depletes you of this vital antioxidant. Calcium carbonate is the main ingredient in many popular multivitamins. It can build up in the arteries and kidneys and increase your risk of a heart attack. Too much iron can increase your risk of type 2 diabetes, liver issues, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s. Many iron supplements contain ferrous sulfate, a damaging, poor-quality source of iron. Magnesium oxide is a cheap, poorly-absorbed form of magnesium that frequently causes diarrhea. Choose magnesium glycinate for significantly better absorption, better sleep, lower cortisol, and more overall benefits. Synthetic vitamin D is called ergocalciferol and is made by exposing fungus or yeast to UV radiation. Vitamin D2 is not nearly as beneficial as vitamin D3, yet it’s the most prescribed. Don’t consume supplements with added omega-6 fat, often in the form of linoleic acid. Too much omega-6 fat increases inflammation. We need copper, but high amounts of cheap copper can be toxic. Ensure you consume copper with other trace minerals in the proper ratios, especially zinc! How to Tighten and Flatten Stomach with Just ONE EXERCISE

Find out how to lose belly fat fast for a toned, flat belly without doing hundreds of crunches or sit-ups! In this video, I’ll explain why a caloric deficit is not the best way to lose belly fat and give you the true key to weight loss. 0:00 Introduction: The truth about weight loss 1:45 Weight loss and insulin 6:26 Ketosis vs. fat adaptation 7:30 How to flatten the stomach 8:33 The dead bug exercise tutorial Link to Success Stories: https://drbrg.co/4gx2nVX A caloric deficit is not a sustainable way to lose weight or get a flat stomach! Most people find that their metabolism slows down in their 20s and 30s after a series of calorie-restrictive diets. Lowering calories increases hunger and cravings, which will require immense willpower and can stifle weight loss. The caloric deficit model is not sustainable! Insulin is the hormone that controls whether you burn or store fat. If you reduce insulin, you can tap into your body fat for energy. Carbohydrates have the most significant effect on insulin, while fat is neutral and protein has a moderate impact. All calories are not the same! To lose weight, you must lower insulin, which means you must reduce your carb intake. If you’re on a low-carb diet, your body can use both food and body fat for fuel. This eliminates hunger and cravings between meals. Fat provides more than double the energy of glucose. It takes 2 to 3 days to get into ketosis and 2 to 3 weeks for fat adaptation. Fat adaptation means your body is burning the most fat possible. Your body can burn ketones and fat, which are two different fuel sources. To get your body into ketosis, carbohydrates should make up about 5% of your diet, protein 20%, and fat 75%. Visceral fat in the abdomen may prevent a flat belly, but you can eliminate it with this diet. The dead bug exercise stimulates the fascia and muscles that can act as a girdle, giving you a flat belly fast! Do this exercise every day, and within 1 to 2 weeks, you will start to see amazing results! Drink This Before Bed — It Could Change Your Life

Try one of these 7 nighttime drinks for diabetes management, prediabetes, and insulin resistance. These bedtime drinks for diabetics support healthy blood sugar levels as you sleep, which can prevent a blood sugar issue from developing in the first place. Try these bedtime drinks for better sleep tonight! 0:00 Introduction: Bedtime drinks for diabetics 0:28 Blood sugar at night with diabetes 1:44 The 7 best nighttime drinks for diabetics 2:55 How to lower blood sugar with berberine tea 3:53 Salt for diabetes Today, we’re going to talk about the best drinks for diabetes management and prevention to support healthy blood sugar as you sleep. These 7 drinks help improve sleep quality by preventing troublesome issues like night waking and nighttime urination. Blood sugar often decreases at night, increasing cortisol, which increases blood sugar levels. Poor sleep can also cause blood sugar issues, and frequent urination at night can contribute to this problem. Here are 7 nighttime drinks to help stabilize blood sugar levels throughout the night. Try these drinks to support healthy blood sugar levels and improve sleep. 1. Apple cider vinegar with cinnamon Add one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a pinch of cinnamon to a glass of water for the perfect blood sugar-balancing drink. 2. Chamomile tea Chamomile tea lowers cortisol and stabilizes blood sugar by directly supporting the cells in the pancreas. 3. Golden milk Combine turmeric and ginger with milk to make a delicious blood sugar-balancing latte. 4. Aloe vera juice Aloe vera is known to help with digestion and ulcers and can be applied topically to wounds, but it also potently affects the cells that make insulin. 5. Berberine tea This herb is close in effectiveness to Metformin, just without the side effects! 6. Electrolyte drinks (without sugar) Potassium and magnesium are vital for healthy blood sugar levels. Magnesium can significantly decrease cortisol, while potassium can reduce blood sugar and is essential for glucose storage in the liver and the muscles. Most people are not getting enough potassium! 7. Salt in water Sodium is an important electrolyte that helps reduce blood sugar and cortisol. Add it to water or your electrolyte drinks to help increase hydration. It also supports the adrenal glands, nerves, and muscles.
