Ashley Paulson on Cocodona 250 Lessons, Dealing With Mental Lows, and How to Bounce Back From Setbacks

Ashley Paulson recently took on the Cocodona 250 miler as her first 200+ mile attempt. And out of the experience, she finished top 10 female, but also, she overcame so much adversity that made this race incredibly meaningful to her.

And with Ashley being an incredibly accomplished athlete, including winning Badwater twice, winning every 100 miler she's done, and nabbing top finishes at many ultras and triathlons, this 250 mile race was another incredible feat she accomplished.

On top of it all, she's a mother, wife, and devoted family member who also makes that her number one priority.

In this episode, Ashley shares stories and takeaways from her Cocodona experience, including how to stay strong and positive (even when everything is going wrong), how to learn from setbacks, and how to problem solve on the go, even when dealing with a problem you've never faced before.

Huge thank you to Ashley for coming on the show!
