    How my boxing coach went from an anxiety teenager to boxing king

    Join me in my boxing studio, in Tulum, where I have brought in my Mexican boxing coach and an old boxing friend of his from Toronto. They are both great examples of growing up as shy, non-athletic teenagers, who both changed completely after a wake-up call. Both are today great boxing coaches with huge respect from their students and the community they build around boxing.
