A podcast about a 26 year old known in her group of friends for 'always landing on her feet' after being beat down by the universe. She'll talk to you about all the times she's landed in the gutter and how she pulled herself out -- by the bra straps. Through losing her job and almost facing homelessness, boundaries & cutting people out of her life (like her mother), finding empowerment in her sexuality, fighting out of debt, and more; she hopes you'll pull away nuggets of advice and maybe get a laugh or two.

    Ep.3 -- The One Where I Chose to Lose Someone (or Something) ft. Shutter Island

    Choosing to lose someone or something (like a career, partnership, etc) is one of the hardest things anyone can do. And also one of the most lonely journeys. After listening to Shutter Island by Jesse Reyez, I realize.... my story of choosing to lose someone shaped the rest of my life and shaped how I 'Pull Myself Up By the Bra Straps'.
