    Stephen is a man of many talents, he’s also star of shows like ‘Green Wing’, ‘Episodes’ and ‘The Split’. He’s an author, a radio presenter and best of all he is a runner. And a pretty nifty one at that. 
    He might be one of the busiest men in showbiz but he stays sane with running, although we have no idea how he fits it all in. He’s currently training for a duathlon but still found the time to chat to Jenni about why running is so important to him and how it benefits him. 
    It was a joy to chat to Stephen and it will be a joy to listen as you head out on your run.

    In recent years, she bravely battled bowel cancer, and despite the toll of treatment and the tough days that have followed, Adele remains a ray of sunshine, demonstrating that even in the darkest times, it's possible to find the strength to persevere and take each day one stride at a time.
    Adele is amazing, and inspires us to transform our hardest moments into lessons whilst maintaining a positive attitude, no matter the challenges we face.
