My name is Miguel Ramirez and I am the host to the Sasquatch Theory Podcast! In 2019 I encountered a clan of Sasquatch and I was able to lay eyes on them several times! I started creating content in hopes of capturing these things on film! I began reaching out to like-minded people who have had encounters of their own to better understand the phenomenon! I have spoken to many people in North America who have close-up encounters with these creatures!     MASSIVE CREATURE IN THE WOODS OF ILLINOIS | UNEXPLAINED ENCOUNTER

    In this episode, I interview Quentin Smith from Marshall, Illinois—an area not commonly associated with Bigfoot activity, yet his experience tells a different story. What began as a routine trip to a makeshift shooting range in the woods quickly turned into a terrifying encounter. Quentin and his friend were suddenly overwhelmed by powerful vocalizations echoing through the forest—deep, aggressive, and unlike anything they had ever heard before. Moments later, something massive began moving through the woods around them. They could hear trees and limbs snapping, heavy footfalls hitting the ground with force, and low growls and grunts that seemed to circle their position. Quentin describes the movement as calculated, almost as if the creature was repositioning itself around them. The sheer weight and power behind each step made it feel like the ground itself was reacting. After the encounter, both men began researching what they experienced—and everything pointed toward a Sasquatch. What makes this even more unsettling is that Quentin’s neighbor claims his wife has seen a Bigfoot in the same area—twice. Quentin has also had other unexplained experiences in his life, including sightings of orbs, paranormal encounters, and even episodes of missing time in the woods.     In this episode, I speak with Aaron from Montgomery County, North Carolina—an area surrounded by deep wilderness and not far from the Uwharrie National Forest, a known hotspot for unexplained activity. Aaron’s experiences began when he was just 16 years old after discovering a large, detailed footprint in a remote wooded area where he would often fish and search for arrowheads. The track was unlike anything he had ever seen, with clearly defined toes pressed deep into the ground. Years later, while fishing near dusk in August, Aaron decided to do a Bigfoot call—and what happened next would change everything. Within a minute, two separate vocalizations responded. One came from high up on the mountain, and another answered back across the creek, as if something was communicating. As he made his way out of the woods, the atmosphere shifted. He felt watched. He heard footsteps pacing him through the forest. Then came a smell he will never forget—a combination of skunk and decay so strong it made his stomach turn. Something was following him. That night, the activity didn’t stop. Aaron describes hearing loud noises outside his home, as if something had come with him. Over time, he began seeing shadowy figures in the woods—dark forms that filled him with an overwhelming sense of dread. In one terrifying moment, something even struck a vehicle. Out of fear, he began to pray… and the activity seemed to subside. Aaron later spent time researching in the Uwharrie National Forest, where he encountered aggressive behavior—growls, snorting, and something forcefully hitting a tree nearby. He believes whatever he encountered may not be entirely physical… and may have a spiritual component. To make things even stranger, friends of his had a terrifying encounter on the water. While out on a boat at night, they heard a scream, shined their light toward the shore—and saw a large figure entering the water and swimming toward them.     In this episode, I sit down with Lynn from Louisiana, near the Texas border — a lifelong hunter and trapper who has spent decades navigating the swamps, river bottoms, and deep woods of the South. Long before Bigfoot became a mainstream topic, locals in his area had a name for these creatures — the Hairy Man or the Wild Man. These weren’t stories for entertainment… they were warnings and shared knowledge passed down through generations. Lynn recalls hearing unearthly screams echoing through the forest as a young man — sounds that didn’t belong to any known animal. In 1972, he had his first visual encounter near a creek, where he observed two massive, upright creatures — one standing around 8 feet tall, with another even larger figure nearby. At the time, he believed they might be some kind of “big monkeys,” but over time, his understanding changed.     BIGFOOT SAVED MY LIFE ON THE GREEN RIVER IN KENTUCKY | FEMALE SASQUATCH ENCOUNTER

    In this episode, I interview Ray Howard, who shares a series of incredible encounters from his childhood growing up on a farm along the Green River in Kentucky. What began as brief sightings of a massive bipedal creature moving along the tree line quickly escalated into something far more personal and unexplainable. In 1975, after being thrown from a horse and injured in a briar thicket, Ray came face to face with what he believes was a female Sasquatch. The creature approached him slowly, squatted down, and attempted to calm him. Ray describes the being as over 7 feet tall, with reddish hair across the shoulders and jet black along the back, a conical-shaped head, sunken eyes, and a human-like face. What makes this encounter even more disturbing—and fascinating—is what Ray describes as “mind speak.” He says the creature communicated with him directly, telling him not to be afraid, while he felt an overwhelming sense of peace. The encounter lasted nearly 10 minutes before the creature disappeared back into the woods… only to later reappear and seemingly guide his family to his location. But that was just the beginning. Ray goes on to describe another incident where he nearly drowned in a pond, only to be pulled out of the water by something unseen—before spotting what appeared to be the same creature watching from across the bank.     In this episode, I interview Tammie from the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, who shares multiple terrifying encounters involving Dogman-type creatures and unexplained paranormal activity. While camping in a local conservation area with her son, Tammie began hearing movement all around them — something circling just out of sight. They heard low growls, followed by what appeared to be glowing red eyes hovering several feet off the ground. In another encounter, Tammie and her family were surrounded by large, black dog-like creatures resembling oversized rottweilers. The situation escalated to the point where she had to defend herself and her family at her own home, firing shots at the creatures as they continued to approach. She also shares a disturbing incident involving another camper’s dog being chased into the woods and violently attacked by something unseen, producing sounds she describes as “demonic.” One of the most intense moments came when Tammie encountered an upright walking canine — commonly referred to as a Dogman — standing just feet away from her porch. Additional activity includes wood knocks in the surrounding forest and ongoing feelings of being watched.     In this episode, I speak with Kevin, a retired Discovery Channel employee who shares a chilling firsthand encounter deep in the wilderness of Washington State. While camping along the Lewis River near Ape Canyon, at the base of Mount Saint Helens, Kevin woke up in the middle of the night to an experience he will never forget. Drawn by the sounds of the river, he stepped out into the darkness—only to come face to face with something massive. Standing at the water’s edge was a Sasquatch… drinking directly from the river. My name is Miguel Ramirez and I am the host to the Sasquatch Theory Podcast! In 2019 I encountered a clan of Sasquatch and I was able to lay eyes on them several times! I started creating content in hopes of capturing these things on film! I began reaching out to like-minded people who have had encounters of their own to better understand the phenomenon! I have spoken to many people in North America who have close-up encounters with these creatures! I have been doing research by learning more about their behavior according to eye-witness testimonies that have been shared with me!
