    Since graduating from Hampton University and relocating the Los Angeles, Miah works in casting for some of our favorite shows while running her lifestyle brand "Give Me A Minute". Her journey has come with its fair share of twists and turns with work in the film and television industry impacted by the pandemic in 2020 and halted again due to the SAG-AFTRA strike in 2023. Now that the dust continues to settle, Miah is able to continue doing what she loves while expanding her lifestyle brand and finding new ways to connect with her community in Los Angeles. She is also the co-founder of Weed For Black Women, a media, culture, and community hub that strives to educate Black women on the power of the cannabis plant.
