The document which Mkhwanazi placed before the Ad Hoc Committee reportedly written by a former cellmate of Cat Matlala makes serious allegations that reach the highest levels of South African politics. It claims links between Matlala and President Cyril Ramaphosa, and names senior ministers Senzo Mchunu and Gayton McKenzie. McKenzie has already strongly denied these claims.
