You know how every day someone asks "how are you?" And even if you’re totally dying inside, you just say "fine," so everyone can go about their day? This show is the opposite of that. Hosted by author and notable widow (her words) Nora McInerny, this is a funny/sad/uncomfortable podcast about talking honestly about our pain, our awkwardness, and our humanness, which is not an actual word. From American Public Media.

Why Music while talking?

Woderfull podcast. Noras woice really nice to listen to. But in the latest episodes it seams like the background music goes amock and even goes over the narrator og the participant. Maby its only me, but had to stop listening. Not happy!

A life saver

This is everything I never knew I needed. I never thought I would be able to listen to someone talking about such sad things, but listening to Nora and the participants amazing and inspiring stories have giving me so much more than I ever expected. This was the first time after loosing my dad to cancer that I was able to listen to someone talking about death and illness. I am in Denmark but I feel like I’m sitting right next to Nora. I absolutely love this podcast.
