BREAKER WHISKEY is an ongoing, daily microfiction podcast exploring one woman’s journey to find additional survivors in an America made empty by an unknown event in the late 1960s. In 1968, two women find themselves in rural Pennsylvania during what turns out to be some kind of apocalyptic event. By the time they discover that everyone else is gone, it’s too late to figure out what happened. Despite not liking each other at all, the women work together to survive, until six years later one of them sets out on her own, driving around the country to find other survivors. I highly enjoy this podcast! Great story and voice acting! While it is a bit slow in the beginning it is truly worth listening to. It is a nice fresh take on Supernatural abilities appearing in the populace and how it affects people. Compared to other stories where it becomes very big, this keeps it very grounded.

The Bright Sessions is honestly one of the best audio dramas out there - it took me a couple of tries to get into it because the acting isn't perfect in the beginning and it felt a bit slow, but it picks up really quickly and it is worth being patient for it. It is so well paced and unlike a lot of other serialized media, the story never loses momentum, it seriously only gets better the more you listen, I love how the complexity slowly builds and the patience this story has with its characters.
