    Strong Faith Comes From Hard Places

    She Wasn’t Always This Way Strong faith often comes from hard places. In this first episode of Testimony Service, I share the story of my grandmother — the woman whose fierce faith shaped my childhood, my understanding of God, and ultimately the vision for this podcast. Growing up, I knew her as a fearless servant of God. A prayer warrior. The spiritual matriarch of our family. Every Sunday she gathered us for Bible study and required each of us to share a testimony of what God had done in our lives that week. But I later learned something that changed everything. She wasn’t always that way. The grandmother I knew and the mother my mom experienced were two very different people. She was once a woman living in survival mode — navigating brokenness, hardship, and choices that deeply affected her children. So how does someone go from that… to becoming the godliest woman I knew? The only answer I’ve ever found is God. In this episode, we explore: Why strong faith often comes from seasons of adversity How God transforms lives from the inside out The generational impact of one person’s surrender Why testimony still matters today This story is shared with love and respect for healing, growth, and redemption. Because no one is beyond transformation.
