Episode 26 - Confident Women Don’t Care Who Thinks They’re Hot

This episode is about confidence in the quiet, grounded sense. Not how you look. Not who finds you attractive. But how it feels to be comfortable with yourself at any age or stage. We talk about what real confidence actually is, how it’s built over time, and how we can raise daughters who don’t have to unlearn everything we did. If you’ve ever felt like confidence was something you were supposed to arrive at someday, this conversation is for you. Episode 25 -5 Things Girls Are Taught That Put Women at Risk

A lot of women don’t miss red flags because they aren’t paying attention. They miss them because they were taught early to second-guess themselves. This episode looks at how lessons around politeness, behavior, and approval shape the way women move through relationships later in life. Not just what we tolerate, but how we explain things away and stay quiet when something doesn’t sit right. I’m sharing this from personal experience and from watching the same patterns repeat in women’s lives again and again. Not to scare anyone, but to be honest about where those patterns come from. Because when you understand that, it becomes easier to stop turning those moments inward. If this episode resonates, please like and subscribe. It helps these conversations reach more women who need them. This is also an area I work on in my coaching practice. You’ll find the details below if you’re interested. Episode 24 -This Isn’t Comfortable, But It Is Honest

No One Can Prepare Women For This Realization https://youtu.be/TUnvw8DYkAo The 7 Men You Meet in Modern Dating https://youtu.be/a02YG3CcJ7M This episode is an honest, unfiltered conversation about relationships, dating, men and women, and the uncomfortable truths that tend to surface when those topics are discussed openly. I talk about patterns I see in modern dating, what comes up when women speak honestly about their experiences with men, and why so many of these conversations are met with resistance or defensiveness. I touch on social conditioning, relationship dynamics, and some of the familiar pushback women hear, including the idea that women “use men for money” or “just want free meals,” and why those narratives miss the point entirely. This is also a conversation about being single, choosing self-trust, and why I create this content the way I do. I talk openly about my goal for this channel, who I’m speaking to, and why I don’t feel the need to present “both sides” when my intention is to support women navigating dating, relationships, and personal growth. This episode builds on themes from Do Men Hate You?, expands on social conditioning, and offers direct, sometimes uncomfortable honesty about gender dynamics, dating culture, and what happens when women stop softening their experiences to make others more comfortable. If you’re a woman who’s dating, single, questioning relationship norms, or tired of having your experiences minimized, this conversation is for you. Episode 23 - What Happens When You Decenter Men?

What happens when you stop organizing your life around men and start centering yourself instead? In this episode, we talk about what it really means to decenter men by reclaiming your time, energy, goals, and sense of self. This is not about hating men or rejecting relationships. It’s about building a life where you are the reference point. Whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship, or married, centering yourself changes how you move through the world, how you make decisions, and how you show up in every area of your life. We explore what centering yourself actually looks like in real life, why it can feel uncomfortable at first, how to handle pushback when you stop over-accommodating, and why choosing yourself is one of the most empowering shifts a woman can make. If you’ve ever felt like your life was on pause, like your goals kept taking a back seat, or like you were losing yourself while trying to be everything for everyone else, this conversation is for you. ✨ Coaching information and ways to work with me are linked below. Episode 22 - A Lot Of Men Don't Actually Like Women

There is a realization many women experience in adulthood that no one warns you about. And when it happens, it can feel shocking, destabilizing, and deeply unsettling. In this episode, I explore the moment many women begin to recognize that while many men desire women, rely on women, and benefit from women, they don’t always genuinely like or respect women as people. We talk about: • why this realization often hits later in life • the psychological shock that follows • how women begin reinterpreting past relationships • where male resentment toward women actually comes from • how entitlement, emotional dependence, and rejection can turn into hostility • why some forms of misogyny escalate into overt hatred • and how women eventually move from shock into clarity and peace We also touch on research-backed explanations for extreme expressions of misogyny, including grievance-based entitlement and incel ideology. We discuss how entitlement combined with repeated rejection can intensify resentment toward women, a pattern that has been documented in studies of online radicalization and gender-based hostility. This episode is not about blaming women. It’s not about hating men. It’s about understanding a pattern many women feel in their bodies long before they have language for it, and learning how to integrate that awareness without becoming bitter or shutting down. If this episode resonates, you’re not alone. Coaching information is linked below for women who want support integrating these realizations and moving forward with clarity. Episode 21 -Breakup Grief: Why It Hurts and Why It Lingers

Breakup grief can feel confusing, especially when you know the relationship needed to end but the pain still lingers. In this episode, we talk about why breakups can hurt like a death, why some people heal while others stay stuck, what happens when grief goes unprocessed, and how to move through a breakup in a way that actually allows healing instead of emotional suppression. This conversation is for anyone who feels frustrated with themselves for not being “over it” yet, or who wants to understand their grief without judgment, timelines, or pressure. If you are navigating heartbreak, emotional loss, or lingering pain after a relationship ends, this episode will help you make sense of what you are feeling and why it makes sense. Episode 20 - Understanding Limerence: Why You Get Caught in It

Limerence is often mistaken for love, attraction, or chemistry. But it’s a very specific psychological experience that can leave you feeling consumed, anxious, and emotionally dependent on someone who doesn’t fully reciprocate. In this episode, we break down what limerence actually is, how it feels from the inside, why it forms in certain situations, and why it can be so hard to let go. We talk about the obsessive thought patterns, the emotional highs and lows, and the relief that comes from small moments of attention. If you’ve ever felt stuck waiting, overthinking, or emotionally regulated by someone else’s availability, this episode will help you understand why and what’s really happening beneath the surface. This is not about blame or labels. It’s about clarity, compassion, and learning how to steady yourself again.
