The power of 'NO!'

It isn't easy, saying 'No'. Especially if you are young, new in a team and feel the need to make a good impression, you'll accept nearly anything. But if you aren't careful you end up with exactly what you wanted to avoid: missed deadlines, disappointed colleagues and angry customers. And maybe, a burnout with permanent damage to your health, reputation and self esteem. So, how do you learn to say 'no' successfully?
