#7 Hairier and Scarier

While Martin is at the Center cleaning out cages in the Creature Containment Facility (a "mission" M.O.M. has bestowed upon him), he is scratched by the Phantom Werewolf. Martin uses Center technology to catch girls and gets in trouble for it by M.O.M. and has to clean cages as punishment. Martin decides to do the "empty" cage first and starts to clean it but a werewolf is actually in the cage. Martin and the werewolf struggle for a while but then Martin gets loose and gets out of the cage but gets scratched in the process. He begins to have side effects such as a longing for food next itchiness due to sped up hair growth then sensitivity to certain sounds and increased smell distance. After this several students go missing and then Martin and Diana find out about it. Next Martin starts to figure things out while Diana rushes to Java to see if he has seen Martin. Then Diana and Java investigate Martin's room and find some things that lead them to think that Martin is hiding a creature. Diana and Java then see something dragging a person outside from a window and start to go after it but then find out that martin is a werewolf. Diana and Java try to help Martin but he refuses saying that he doesn't want to be caged up like those creatures at the center and says he will "go somewhere he can't hurt people" and runs off but before he can get to far Diana puts a tracer on him without Martin knowing. Diana and Java then talk to M.O.M. and tell her that Martin is a werewolf and M.O.M. lets them know that the alpha wolf escaped from the Center. Java and Diana then start to follow Martin and eventually find his footprints leading into a cave they all tell Martin of the werewolf hunting all the alpha males in the area. The werewolf then comes in on them and Martin and the werewolf fight with a little help from Diana and Java. They all end up trapping the werewolf in a cage. Then everything goes back to normal but Martin is still a werewolf and tries to take the cure but instead ends up drinking Diana's hair growth serum instead.

A kid named Cameron accidentally unleashes an ancient spirit looking for revenge, but before this spirit can get revenge he must free himself. So he starts to turn people into trees, but Martin and the gang are sent off to stop him.

The story begins in a village in the England countryside. A man and his daughter Nelly go to the library to return some books, in which Nelly runs off into the library. While exploring, Nelly finds a book that has a picture of the Bogeyman and is locked with the key on a chain next to it. Anxiously, Nelly unlocks the book and the eyes of the Bogeyman turn red and Nelly screams with terror as she disappears.

When M.O.M. ceases to return from her Jamaican vacation, Billy calls in Martin, Diana & Java to investigate (despite the fact that Martin has been temporarily suspended from the Center). They uncover what M.O.M. was really up to – she was on a secret mission to unlock the Gateway to the Underworld!

#18 Beast from Within

A mysterious power outage at the center causes a creature to escape and now M.O.M. is extremely worried. The creature who escaped was Gastromo, the first creature who M.O.M. has ever caught when she was an agent. When the agents go and search for him, he attaches to one of the agents and takes control and is off to the Center to get his revenge against M.O.M.. A slug creature named Gastromo escapes from the center. It infects Martin first with him going through strange side effects such as him eating raw meat. Gastromo inside of Martin captures Jenni and cocoons her. Then Diana figures things out but then Java and M.O.M. get infected as well. All three of the them (Martin, Java, and M.O.M.) go after Diana. She gets to the Center (M.O.M.'s office) and Diana figures that since Gastromo has been eating so much iron, it has made him magnetic and she is right because she hovers an electromagnet over them and it attaches them to it. She then drops them into a big fish tank in the office and everything infecting them is expelled. Gastromo jumps out of Martin and tries to escape but is eaten by a fish. All of them talk about what happened and then Martin and Jenni go on a date only for Martin's clumsiness to ruin it as Gastromo was what made Martin gentleman enough to impress Jenni.

#24 Scream from the Forest

Martin and Diana take some time off from their work at the Center to join their archaeologist father for a weekend in the woods. They encounter a “Synth” that’s determined on reclaiming its territory from local loggers. When Martin and Diana are invited to spend a nice quiet camping weekend with their father, they encountered a half human/alien family called the Synth, who is try to recover their territory in a Canadian forest. While Martin and Diana is spending time with their father, with no missions being tasked, Java has nothing to do. Billy then gave him a job of mopping the Center's floors to preoccupy the caveman. In the same episode Java discover a secret about the Center that he cannot tell to Martin and Diana or else they would be sent to the South Pole.

M.O.M. takes Martin, Java, Billy and Diana on a camping trip. A storm unleashes and they're forced to take shelter on a creepy, mysterious and abandoned cabin in the woods. What they don't know is that the cabin was built by a man for Clarissa, the girl he loved but she didn't love him back. Throughout the night Mom, Java, Billy and Diana become possessed by the spirit. Will Martin be able to save his possessed friends or will he become a new victim for the grievous man?

#10 The Third Eye

While Marvin has left Torrington, Martin is irked that everyone (particularly Jenni) is still talking about him rather than paying any attention to his extreme sports stunts. So his jealousy kicks into overdrive when he discovers that M.O.M. has made Marvin a Center agent and assigned him to work with Martin and Diana on their latest mission to investigate odd incidents at the Scopes Institute (a school for the blind). With Marvin out to flaunt his superiority, Martin seething with jealousy and Diana drooling over Marvin is anyone on the team focused enough to figure out what's really going on before the banished sorcerers called the Seers succeed in returning to spread chaos across the Earth?
