ガソリン価格のカルテル認定　長野の組合支部に排除命令―加盟１７業者、課徴金１億円・公取委

公正取引委員会、東京都千代田区長野県内のガソリンスタンドで販売されるガソリンの価格を巡りカルテルを結んだとして、公正取引委員会は２６日、長野県石油商業組合北信支部に独禁法違反を認定し、再発防止を求める排除措置命令を出した。 The Japan Fair Trade Commission on Wednesday issued a cease-and-desist order to a group of oil companies in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture over forming a price cartel for gasoline sold at gas stations in the central Japan prefecture.
