「ひょうご宣言」を発表する斎藤元彦兵庫県知事、久元喜造神戸市長、木村敬熊本県知事、２０日午後、神戸市兵庫県は２０日、阪神大震災から３０年の節目に合わせ、被災地の知事らを招き、災害復興の在り方を議論する「創造的復興サミット」を神戸市で開いた。 The prefectural government of Hyogo held the "creative reconstruction summit" on Saturday, as this year marks the 30th anniversary of a devastating earthquake that hit Kobe, the capital of the western Japan prefecture, and surrounding areas in January 1995.
