    2.2 The Power of the Pause ~ it's alllllways working out for you!

    We all have moments, times in life, where the path is uncertain. Sometimes we will know the big vision, but not the immediate steps to take, sometimes shyit will flow into our world that seems like HOLY SHYIT- WHYYYY? How we lead ourselves in these times is actually the most powerful. The power of pausing can feel hard af and heavy af AND it can be the most freeing time. I believe we are always being guided to our highest good- for us and all. Big love if you are in a time that has a bit of a pause. jen xo

    64. Are you the big fish or the small fish?

    Are you putting yourself in the room? I share how there have been times just getting in the room has been an expansion in self and how other times putting myself in the room with the "big fish" has made me shrink into parts of myself. So yes, it’s a great step, to get in the metaphorical room with the "big fish" but showing up as YOU in the room is even more expansive. I have  SO much awesome going on right now! It excites the F outta me- I remember the first time I ran one program! It was all consuming and now just a coupla years later I have the capacity for running multiple simultaneously. Keep going my love, you are growing and evolving constantly without even realizing!     58. Grieving Past Self? Do you know the 4 levels of grieving

    Have you ever allowed yourself to grieve your past self? When we make a big change in our lives (level the Fak up) we lose a piece of ourselves.  The first time I experienced this was actually from baking, of all damn things. In this episode, I break down how much of my worth was tied into baking. This turned into such a silly gift, in that, when I levelled up my money beliefs, when I shifted into my own business (as opposed to biz with my husband), I also see this with people that stop drinking, it made the grief of past self so much easier to be aware of and shift.   Reminder ~ we don’t gotta be high vibe all of the time to bring in all the awesomeness.  DEEP AF - 21 days to crazy fakkking abundance manifested in real time  IS NOW OPEN  5 modules with immediate access- two new live modules happening this month.

    63. What is de-schooling?

    I get a lot of curiosity around what our "schooling" looks like. De-schooling was a process I started years before we started un-schooling. I didn't have a term for it at the time, I actually came across 'de-schooling' after we had brought two of the kids home to school.  Getting curious around school- curriculum, energetic output and input, achievement, and the biggest being comparison is something that was on my mind for a few years before we started the actual 'home-schooling' process.  The main part to unschooling to us is that it's individual, each kid is different and noticing where we do something, like teaching our kids certain things, JUST because someone says we should. And that it's been the norm. Our fam isn't super conventional in any way that we live our life, so in many ways, unschooling, was a final piece of the puzzle around living life on our terms.  Come hang on the IG I am Jen Anderson
