Sex therapy

A few months after sharing a big chunk of my sexual & relationship history on this podcast, I find myself ready to explore sex therapy…again. Over the past 10 years I’ve sought support as I explore my sexuality, trying to answer the question of what actually is sex & how do I make it work for me? From sex therapy, EMDR & somatic therapies to burlesque dance, energetic work & womb healing, I’ve tried many ways to move the needle in this area of my life. Most recently, talking openly & honestly about my lived experiences has been the gamechanger.
