This eventually leads to civil rights violations, including lockdowns and work bans. Next, people are coerced into taking profitable yet toxic vaccines as a countermeasure against the outbreak. We are witnessing this once again with the current bird flu outbreak. There are two labs in the US: the Southeast Poultry Research Lab, funded by the USDA, and the University of Wisconsin Veterinary School, which conducts gain-of-function research on viruses. This involves manipulating a naturally occurring virus to make it more deadly and able to jump from species to species. Farmers are encouraged to perform PCR tests on their flocks, which are known for false positives. If any of their birds test positive for bird flu, they are paid to slaughter their entire flock. The increase in egg prices is not due to bird deaths from bird flu but rather the mass slaughter of birds. Over 1.25 billion taxpayer dollars have been used to fund this mass slaughter. Ultimately, the goal is to mass vaccinate chickens in the food supply against bird flu. Gain-of-function research is dangerous and must stop! After having a horrible reaction to some “chicken wings” that I ate, I called to find out what was in them. It turns out they were plant-based chicken wings made with textured vegetable protein. Textured vegetable protein, or textured soy protein, is the worst protein in the world. Soy or cottonseed is used as the “vegetable” to make this protein. Textured vegetable protein was invented in 1960 as a way to use the waste produced from seed oils. It has been used in veggie burgers, fake meat products, cereals, and many other food products. Textured vegetable protein is an ultra-processed ingredient. To make it, oil, nutrients, and fiber are removed from the soybean using heat and chemicals like hexane. There are no long-term safety studies or upper limit on hexane established by the FDA. Chronic hexane toxicity is a condition caused by inhaling hexane, so what happens when you ingest it? Over 95% of textured vegetable protein is GMO, and when consumed, it robs nutrients from your liver. It’s very similar to soy protein isolates. Any time you consume pure protein without fat, you are creating stress in your body, especially if the protein doesn't contain key nutrients like fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D, and K. I used to be a professional procrastinator, so what changed? Dieting slows your metabolism a little bit more each time you do it, especially if the diet is low-calorie or high in carbohydrates. Dieting and losing fat go against our body’s natural survival mechanisms—your body doesn’t like to give up fat. When diets don’t work, people tend to mislabel themselves as lazy or as a procrastinator. But they’ve just been on the wrong diet plan. When your diet program is working, you’ll see results, and you’ll stick to it. If you’re on the right diet and you’re burning fat, you may not notice weight loss at first, but you will notice two things: 1. Your cravings will go away 2. Your appetite will go away This happens because you’re burning fat even when you’re not eating, which makes it much easier to stick to the keto plan. If you’re not losing weight right away on keto, you need to consider this key weight loss principle: you don’t lose weight then get healthy—you have to get healthy so you can lose weight. Various health conditions affect weight loss and also take time to heal. But, if you’re cravings and appetite go away, the diet is working. If you think you don’t have enough time to put into diet and exercise, you may want to take a closer look at your daily routine. As you plan out your day, put exercise and preparing healthy meals at the top of your to-do list as necessities. You may also need to change up your workout to fit your body's needs.
