Ep34: Rant - Risk of using mobile phone while driving| Risk to other drivers.

Today we rant about the stupid, useless people who senselessly use mobile phones while driving or riding their vehicles causing risk not only to themselves but also to the public at large. Their acts should be punishable and strict action needs to be taken against them.
