eTown is an exciting weekly radio broadcast/podcast heard from coast to coast on NPR, public and commercial stations. Every eTown show is taped in front of a live audience and features performances from many of today’s top musical artists as well as conversations and information about the world around us. eTown’s mission is to educate, entertain and inspire a diverse audience through music and conversation in order to create a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable world.

    eTown Time Capsule - eTown On The Road - Red Rocks - Big Thief - Lucinda Williams

    This week on eTown, we’re featuring indie-folk-rock band Big Thief and legendary Americana singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams, live from Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado. While the theatre of Red Rocks is dramatic in and of itself, this year’s show was electric as storms brewed overhead before, during and after.     eTown - Billie Marten - Dean Johnson - Mike Nelson

    What a great show we have for you all this week! Billie Marten is a brilliant young singer-songwriter from England who began her career at the age of 15. And from Portland, Oregon, we welcome Dean Johnson, a fresh new voice in a bit of an older skin. Dean didn't begin his music career until he was in his fifties. eTown host Nick Forster also has a chat with meteorologist and former Denver TV weatherman, Mike Nelson, about his book, The World's Littlest Book on Climate: 10 Facts in 10 Minutes about CO2.
