This is a must download for anyone that needs to loose weight, has lost weight or wasn't to keep it off... That means everyone. Great tips, tricks from REAL people. Healthy common sense advise from a great ( and very funny) presenter. Love love love it.

There are so many things I love about these podcast , every tip given by someone who loses weight and gets to keep the pounds off is very important for me because I really don't know what maintenance is (and is the hardest part).

I am really enjoying this weekly podcast and listening to all the speakers and success. I am in Spain, we have Weight Watchers but am struggling as it is not the same as in the states.
