IGNTD is a podcast channel focused on relationships and addiction, produced by Dr. Adi Jaffe and Sophie Jaffe. New episodes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Following the principles of radical transparency and F-Shame, IGNTD offers an honest exploration of life in the areas of relationships, mental health, and success.
Dr. Adi and Sophie Jaffe go deep, exploring topics that others usually shy away from. From intimacy and sex, to cheating and trust, all the way to death, drugs, spirituality, work, nutrition, the brain and success... they're talking about it all!
If you've been looking for a place that merges science, spirituality and storytelling, then you'll love going deep with us on the IGNTD channel.

Perfectionism, the New Failure| Recovery Secrets
Perfectionism can be the number one thing holding us back from moving forward. The idea that we have to be perfect, that making a mistake is bad holds us back from discovering what works and what doesn’t work. When we succeed, we rarely know why but when we fail, we learn what didn’t work. Tune into this episode if you find yourself feeling stagnant because you’re wrapped up in being perfect and you’re afraid of failure.

Love from Barcelona
My favorite couple to listen to. As individuals, parents and as a couple you have so much to share and it’s always raw, full of transparency and emotion. Thank you for the quality of your content and for sharing your story and inspiring me in so many ways. I’ve been following you for years now, love you guys, keep shining! ♥️
Exactly what I needed!
After hearing Dr. Adi Jaffe talk on another podcast about his relationship and what they experienced I immediately checked out IGNTD and have been hooked. Its so refreshing to know that they understand the nuances of a relationship with a partner struggling with addiction. To hear Sophie speak about her experience was so freeing to know I wasn’t the only one and that I wasn’t crazy! I love their podcast because even if I didn’t relate specifically to those issues there is so much more there that resonates in many areas of my life and interests. I even got my boyfriend to listen to their going deep story which was a big step. It has helped start a conversation and I’ve just gotten their couples program to hopefully go deeper and improve our communication! We’ve spent many years only saying communication is important but stuck in the same cycle of addiction and jealousy and fights or just pretending everything is okay. I can’t thank y’all enough for being an example of what we can do as a couple to work and really grow together.
