Definitely one of the best podcast out there. I’ve been listening for years now, and it always keep getting better. With that mix of history and legend, adding the excellent music and narration. It’s absolutely a must.

I don’t know what’s about it that makes it so compelling to listen, in awe. Learning stories of old and of mystery has never been so amusing.

I’ve been listening to Lore for over two years, which makes it the longest standing show on my podcasts list. What is it that makes it special, you may ask? Well, other than the spellbinding music by Chad Lawson, Aaron’s lulling voice, the stories’ pace and the content itself, nothing comes to mind... Jokes aside, if you’re into good storytelling, even though you may not be all that much for the paranormal, give this show a chance. It might surprise you... But it mightn’t be a good idea to listen to it at night, though.

Lore takes me to a special place; emotionally, I’m enveloped comfortably in the blanket that is the soothing tone of Aaron’s voice, no matter how gruesome or macabre, one still feels the comfort of the warmth by the hearth of the narratives ambience. not only are the stories thoroughly researched, the hypothesis’ well based, but the sheer brilliance of Aaron’s composition wraps it all up in an elegant atmosphere of re assuring horror and intrigue that sits so satisfyingly in the mind.
