Just as I have said to you all, time is a valuable resource that is always running through our fingers unless we grasp at it to stall its decline. While the time for nature's beauty is soon coming to an end, we watch it wither, knowing that it will blossom anew in the spring. This I feel reminds us that our own lives.     Haunted Halloween | A Haunted Trio of Poems About Ghosts and Halloween

    Hello once again my lovely listeners, and happy Halloween! I hope you all enjoy the day and revel in the night. Halloween only comes but once a year and it remains one of my favorite times. Although it marks the beginning of the end of the year in my mind, it never ceases to bring some level of comfort as well. Yes we see the trees and flowers die, and the grey begins to settle, but there is a feeling of peace that resounds in me. I hope it does the same for you. A common theme here is that death will come for us and that we never know how much time we have left. So perhaps use the time you have right now to take care of those threads that would be left open upon your passing. I am not quite sure what it is about his works, but there is just something that calls to me from those words penned so long ago.
