Episode 858: MotoGP Aragon – Back On Track For Marc

Jim and Rich are back to discuss MotoGP Round 13 from Aragon in Spain. First up it’s the news, with more details emerging on the controversial new circuit proposed for Adelaide in Australia. There is a fair bit of Moto2 rider placement news, along with crazy Toprak antics and a look ahead to how riders are going to find the 2027 850’s. In Moto3 Max Quilles gave a dominant performance just weeks after collarbone surgery, further extending his already enormous points lead. Alonso Lopez continued his upturn in form with a dominant win in Moto2, which remains a close contest in the points at this stage of the season. In MotoGP, Marc Marquez got his campaign back on track with a maximum points haul, whilst Marco Bezzecchi fought hard in Marc’s back yard to grab a pair of hard fought podiums. Rider of the MotoGP race was Pedro Acosta, once again conjuring magic from the KTM. Its all to play for as the championship gets hectic all the way through to its conclusion at the end of November. Moto3 looks sealed but its super close in Moto2 and MotoGP heading into the remaining 8 rounds.
