In this episode, we talk to Vince Hannant. He describes himself as purposeful, determined and reflective. Vince lives in the United Kingdom.  Vince tells us about sitting on two commas from his relationship with alcohol. After a moment where Vince found all the buckets in his life overflowing, he faced his first comma and decided to quit drinking in order to regain control. After a successful time without alcohol, he found himself drinking again in a controlled manner, but eventually came to his second comma and decided to quit for good. The difference between the two was quitting out of need, versus quitting out of want. His second comma, quitting because he wanted to, brought him to a place of joy, intention and alignment.
