Saigon Vietnam is Vietnam's food capital. District 2 or Thao Dien is one of my favourite areas for Vietnamese street food. It is a trendy expat area but you can find amazing street food here, especially for breakfast. I start with a roadside Vietnamese noodle dish called Bún Thịt Nướng, where uncle is grilling the pork skewers over coals in front of me. Next, I have an incredible banh mi. Bánh Mì is one of my favourites in Ho Chi Minh City. I eat it at a coffee shop where I have a Vietnamese coffee. Later I find a street stall selling Banh Cuon before finishing up with gourmet homemade ice cream. This Vietnamese breakfast food tour in Saigon was a lot of fun to film and hope you enjoy the video.
