    Forget the "control freak" state of flow and move to real creativity

    Intentions, as always, make the difference. In many occasions, both with private or corporate clients, someone asked me how to go into flow. I know there are plenty of literature and specialized personal growth companies which can teach you how to go into flow and I suggest you, as I’ve done with those clients, to check them out. An example is Flow Research Collective, they have a beautiful podcast too. I have a different approach to flow, actually to everything, but far from me to say that mine is the best, simply you can integrate it with someone else teaching that could be more concentrate on skills and the brain as biological organ. For me flow is not about getting, achieving and performance; of course it’s ok if the end result is that, but I want more in order to find meaning inside me and not as a consequence of outside results. The outside must always be an output of the freedom that you have inside. There is no freedom in getting something, but there is total freedom in creating something. I’m not going to explain the difference and I hope you would like to contemplate about it. I hope you will enjoy the episode. Any questions reach me out!! Thank you very very much.     Hi there, this is something very difficult to practice (or better it seems) and even for someone to understand. It is also for me too, so we are all in this together. We act out of inner and outer projections, pushed or pulled by external energies and inner subconscius blindness, believes or even trauma.  We act out of e-motions of fear and lacking as we said in the previous episode. We MUST forgive ourself and be compassionate with each other because most of us are doing it with no wickedness or malice. BUT the "right action" is another thing and we are here to committ to it!
