1. Introduzione: La Filosofia della Variazione Nel contesto della gestione della qualit automobilistica, regolata dagli standard AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) e VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie), la variazione non ( solo un fenomeno statistico, ma una sfida operativa fondamentale. Il concetto cardine ( che ogni processo varia: nessun pezzo prodotto sar mai identico a un altro se misurato con sufficiente precisione. L'obiettivo dell'SPC (Statistical Process Control) non ( eliminare totalmente la variazione (obiettivo spesso fisicamente ed economicamente impossibile), ma comprenderne la natura per determinare l'azione correttiva pi! efficace. La distinzione tra Cause Comuni e Cause Speciali, introdotta originariamente da Walter Shewhart e perfezionata da W. Edwards Deming, costituisce la spina dorsale di questa disciplina. 2. Cause Comuni: La Variazione Intrinseca del Sistema Le Cause Comuni (note anche come variazione casuale o rumore di fondo) sono le fonti di variabilit che fanno parte integrante del sistema stesso. Se un processo opera in presenza di sole cause comuni, si dice che ( in Stato di Controllo Statistico. Caratteristiche Fondamentali: Sistematicità : Sono sempre presenti nel processo, indipendentemente dall'ora o dall'operatore.Prevedibilità : Sebbene i singoli punti variino, la loro distribuzione complessiva segue un modello statistico stabile (spesso la curva normale).Origine: Derivano dalla progettazione del processo, dai macchinari scelti, dall'ambiente di lavoro e dalle procedure standard.Esempi Pratici (Analisi 5M): Macchina: Vibrazioni fisiologiche dei cuscinetti, fluttuazioni minime della tensione elettrica.Metodo: Lievi differenze intrinseche nella sequenza dei movimenti previsti dal manuale.Materiale: Variabilit entro i limiti di specifica della materia prima fornita.Ambiente: Piccoli gradienti termici naturali durante la giornata lavorativa.Strategia di Intervento: Per ridurre la variazione da cause comuni, non serve intervenire sul singolo operatore o sulla singola macchina. ( necessario un intervento sul sistema. Questo ( compito del management (es. investire in macchinari pi! precisi, riprogettare il layout produttivo o cambiare fornitore). Agire sul processo come se la causa fosse speciale porterebbe a un peggioramento. 3. Cause Speciali: Segnali di Instabilità Le Cause Speciali (o cause attribuibili) sono fattori esterni al sistema che influenzano il processo in modo discontinuo e imprevedibile. Un processo influenzato da cause speciali ( definito Instabile. Caratteristiche Fondamentali: Intermittenza: Compaiono e scompaiono improvvisamente.Imprevedibilità : Non ( possibile prevedere quando si verificheranno o quale sar la loro entit .Identificabilità : Possono solitamente essere collegate a un evento specifico o a un cambiamento puntuale.Esempi Pratici: Guasto Meccanico: La rottura improvvisa di una punta di trapano.Errore Umano: Un operatore non addestrato che utilizza una procedura errata.Lotto Difettoso: L'arrivo di una partita di materiale fuori tolleranza.Taratura: Un sensore che perde improvvisamente la calibrazione.
