With Earphones play at a low volume (maybe one notch of sound), & with speaker just loud enough so if you really listen you can hear the affirmations but not so much that it keeps you awake. Your Subconscious will still hear the Affirmations while you’re sleeping. To really allow these beliefs to sink & integrate into your subconscious I’d recommended listening for at least 30 days (& given it’s only a 3hr audio you may want to do at least 60 days). Feel free to continue listening for a few months, or as long as feels good to you. To really experience the shift though, continue to listen until you notice your natural thoughts, feelings, state of being start to align & arise from this new identity/belief system. Doing something to regulate your Nervous System daily can be really helpful with allowing this subconscious identity shift to unfold even more swiftly as your body/nervous system will experience less resistance to the Affirmations & identity shift.
