While there, he was promoted to MIS and learned to use early MRP systems to improve processes. After graduation in 1998, Paul joined Lilly Software where he provided technical support and application training for hundreds of VISUAL ERP customers. Paul joined Synergy Resources in 2005 as a leading Presales Engineer. With over 19 years of ERP experience, he applies his extensive knowledge to assist WM Synergy’s customers with improving their business performance. He does so by providing tips and tricks, creative solutions, discussing enhancements, and solving business issues.
