    Episodio 1: Come pulire un filtro antiparticolato durante la guida ?

    Ogni anno gli italiani guidano in media 13 000 chilometri. È relativamente poco. Una buona parte di loro - forse voi - usa il suo veicolo in città. Non c'è niente di male. Ma se la vostra auto funziona a diesel e ha un filtri antiparticolato, allora il rischio di intasamento è reale. Fortunatamente, c'è un modo semplice per pulire un filtro antiparticolato ! La soluzione : è guidare l'auto e cambiare un po' le marce. Istruzioni per l'uso. Come funziona un DPF ? Il filtro antiparticolato funziona in due fasi. In primo luogo, filtra le particelle fini e le raccoglie. Queste particelle si agglomerano per formare uno strato spesso intorno al filtro, che alla fine può intasarlo. In una seconda fase, la fase di rigenerazione brucerà questo strato di particelle fini per distruggerle. In questo modo, il DPF può raccogliere di nuovo le particelle fini e iniziare nuovi cicli di riciclaggio. Tuttavia, perché la rigenerazione abbia luogo, il veicolo deve essere abbastanza caldo da raggiungere quasi 600°C nel filtro antiparticolato. Senza questo, i cicli di rigenerazione fap non potranno iniziare e il fouling è inevitabile. Come pulire un DPF durante la guida ? Per pulire il filtro antiparticolato durante la guida, dovrete guidare. L'autostrada è l'ideale per questo esercizio, ma vanno bene anche strade semplici. Mantenere il regime del motore ad un minimo di 3.000 giri/min. Il livello di riscaldamento del motore è indirettamente correlato al livello del DPF. Se la vostra auto ha un cambio automatico, passate alla modalità manuale tirando le marce. Tuttavia, non c'è bisogno di andare fino al limitatore, perché questo non aiuterà. Guida così per un minimo di 30 minuti.Questo avvierà un ciclo di rigenerazione e il vostro DPF sarà pulito. Questa operazione dovrebbe essere ripetuta regolarmente, idealmente una volta ogni due settimane. Sia che si tratti di un filtri antiparticolato BMW o un DPF Peugeot, l'operazione è esattamente la stessa. Non dimenticare ! Per far durare il più a lungo possibile il vostro filtro antiparticolato, è quindi necessario effettuare regolarmente questi cicli di rigenerazione dpf. Tuttavia, questo metodo non farà miracoli. Se il DPF è irrimediabilmente danneggiato, si dovrà procedere a la sua sostituzione. In caso di dubbio, chiedete consiglio a un concessionario o a un centro auto. Quest'ultimo sarà in grado di testare se il dispositivo antinquinamento è danneggiato o meno. In effetti, eseguire un ciclo di rigenerazione prima di fare il control lo tecnico è un buon modo per garantire buoni risultati prima del test antinquinamento. Pensaci la prossima volta !

    Episodio 1: ¿Cómo limpiar un filtro de partículas conduciendo?

    Cada año, los Españoles conducen  una media de 13 000 kilómetros. Eso es relativamente poco. Una buena parte de ellos — quizás usted — tiene uso urbano de su vehículo. No hay nada malo en ello. Pero si su coche funciona con gasolina y tiene un filtro de partículas, entonces el riesgo a que se ensucie es real. Afortunadamente, existe una forma sencilla de limpiar un filtro de partículas. Una solución: conducir el coche y apretar un poco las marchas. Instrucciones de uso. ¿Cómo funciona un FAP? Un filtro de partículas funciona en dos etapas. En la primera, filtrará las partículas finas y las colectará. Las partículas finas se aglutinarán formando una capa gruesa alrededor del filtro, que puede acabar obstruyéndolo. En un segundo paso, la etapa de regeneración quemará esta capa de partículas finas para destruirlas. De este modo, el FAP podrá volver a recoger las partículas finas e iniciar nuevos ciclos de reciclaje. Sin embargo, para que la regeneración se lleve a cabo, el vehículo debe estar lo suficientemente caliente como para alcanzar alrededor de lo 600°C dentro del filtro de partículas. Sin esto, los ciclos de regeneración del FAP no podrán entrar en acción y el ensuciamiento será inevitable. ¿Cómo limpiar un FAP conduciendo? Para limpiar el filtro de partículas conduciendo, tendrá que conducir. La autopista es un terreno ideal para este ejercicio, pero las pistas simples sirven también. Mantenga una velocidad mínima del motor de 3.000 tr/m. Esto se debe a que el nivel del calentamiento del motor se correlaciona indirectamente con el del FAP. Si su coche tiene la caja de cambios automática, cambie al modo manual. Sin embargo, no será necesario llegar hasta el limitador, ya que no servirá de nada. Conduzca así mínimo durante 30 minutos. Esto iniciará un ciclo de regeneración y su FAP se limpiará. Esta operación debe repetirse regularmente, lo ideal sería una vez cada dos semanas. Ya sea un filtro de particulas BMW o de un FAP Peugeot, el funcionamiento es exactamente el mismo. ¡No olvide! Para que su filtro de partículas dure el más tiempo posible, es necesario llevar a cabo estos ciclos de regeneración FAP regularmente. Sin embargo, este método no permitirá hacer milagros. Si el FAP está irremediablemente dañado, habrá que proceder a su reemplazamiento. En caso de duda, pida opinión  en un concesionario o en un taller automovilístico. Éstos últimos podrán comprobar si el dispositivo anti polución está dañado o no. De hecho, iniciar un ciclo de regeneración antes de pasar la inspección técnica es una buena manera de garantizar unos buenos resultados antes de la prueba anti polución. ¡Piénselo la próxima vez!

    Chaque année, les Français roulent en moyenne 13 000 kilomètres. C’est relativement peu. Une bonne partie d’entre eux — peut-être vous — a un usage urbain de son véhicule. Rien de mal à cela. Mais si votre voiture tourne au diesel et qu’elle dispose d’un filtre à particules, le risque d’encrassement devient bien réel. Heureusement, il existe un moyen simple de décrasser un filtre à particules ! Une solution : rouler et pousser quelque peu les rapports de votre voiture. Voici le mode d’emploi qui vous permettra de prolonger la durée de vie du FAP. Comment fonctionne un FAP ? Un filtre à particules fonctionne en deux temps. Dans un premier temps, il va filtrer les particules fines et les collecter. Ces dernières vont s’agglutiner en formant une couche épaisse autour du filtre qui peut, à terme, l’obstruer. Dans un second temps, l’étape de régénération va brûler cette couche de particules fines afin de les détruire. Ainsi, le FAP pourra de nouveau recueillir des particules fines et enclencher de nouveaux cycles de recyclage. Cependant, pour qu’une régénération ait lieu, le véhicule doit impérativement être bien chaud afin d’atteindre près de 600 °C au sein du filtre à particules. Sans cela, les cycles de régénération du FAP ne pourront pas se mettre en action. L’encrassement devient alors inévitable. Comment décrasser un FAP en roulant ? Pour nettoyer le filtre à particules en roulant, il vous faudra rouler. Logique, nous direz-vous ! Oui, mais pas n'importe comment. L’autoroute est un terrain idéal pour cet exercice, mais de simples routes pourront faire l’affaire. Maintenez un régime moteur à minimum 3 000 tr/mn. En effet, le niveau de chauffe du moteur est corrélé indirectement à celui du FAP. Si votre voiture dispose d’une boîte automatique, passez vos rapports en mode manuel en les faisant tirer. Inutile cependant d’aller jusqu’au limiteur, cela n’apportera rien de plus. Roulez ainsi pendant un minimum de 30 minutes. Cela enclenchera un cycle de régénération et votre FAP sera nettoyé. Cette opération est à renouveler régulièrement, dans l’idéal une fois toutes les deux semaines. Qu’il s’agisse d’un filtre à particules BMW ou d’un FAP Peugeot, le fonctionnement reste exactement le même. N’oubliez pas ! Pour faire durer votre filtre à particules le plus longtemps possible, il est donc nécessaire de réaliser régulièrement ces cycles de régénération du FAP. Toutefois, cette méthode ne permettra pas de faire des miracles. Si le FAP est endommagé pour de bon, il faudra procéder à son remplacement. En cas de doute, demandez l’avis à un concessionnaire de la marque ou bien dans un centre auto. Ces derniers seront à même de tester l’endommagement ou non de ce dispositif antipollution. D’ailleurs, enclencher un cycle de régénération avant de passer le contrôle technique est un bon moyen de s’assurer de bons résultats avant le test antipollution. Pensez-y la prochaine fois !

One solution: drive and increase the gears of your car a little. Please find our instructions here below. How does DPF work? A Diesel particulate filter operates in two steps. Primarily, it will filter fine particles and collect them. These will clump together forming a thick layer around the filter which can eventually clog it. Secondly, the regeneration step will burn this layer of fine particles to destroy them. Therefore, the DPF will again be able to collect fine particles and initiate new recycling cycles. However, for regeneration to take place, the vehicle must be warm to reach nearly 600 °C within the particle filter. Without this, regeneration cycles will be unable to get into action and clogging is unavoidable. How to clean a DPF while driving? To properly clean the Diesel Particulate Filter while driving, you will need to ride. The highway represents an ideal ground for this exercise, but simple roads will do the business. Maintain an engine speed of at least 3,000 rpm. Indeed, the engine’s level of heating is indirectly linked to the heating of the DPF too. If your car has an automatic transmission, shift your gears in a manual mode by moving the gear shift gently. No need to use the speed limiter, it is with no seeming value added. Ride like this for a minimum of 30 minutes. This will initiate a regeneration cycle, and your DPF will be cleaned. This operation should be repeated regularly, ideally once every two weeks.
