    A 10% extinction-risk estimate from an Anthropic safety researcher reached a hundred million views in a day — and almost nobody can verify it. Neuropsychologist and science communicator Jens Foell joins Almendra to unpack why that number stuck, what the Cold War does and doesn't teach us about living with unmeasurable risk, and what COVID-19 taught science communication. Dr. Jens Foell holds a PhD in neuropsychology from Heidelberg University, with years of brain research at ZI Mannheim and Florida State University. Sie ist eine politische Entscheidung — darüber, wer Zugang zu staatlichen Leistungen hat, wessen Daten wo gespeichert werden und ob Europa handlungsfähig bleibt. Anke Pörksen ist Juristin, war zwölf Jahre Sprecherin der niedersächsischen Landesregierung und ist seit September 2025 Digitalisierungsstaatssekretärin in Hannover. Sie kam, wie sie selbst sagt, ein bisschen wie die Jungfrau zum Kind zu diesem Job. Aber vielleicht braucht man genau das. Wir sprechen über 400 Kommunen vs. 93 in Dänemark.     Performance ou capacité — et si on avait tout faux ? On nous vend de la performance. Des hashtags beast mode, des protocoles HIIT à 90%, des before/after en trois semaines. Eyulo Mauro Café Lopes, lui, parle de capacité — et la différence change tout. Angolais d'origine, belge de cœur, master en gestion — Eyulo n'est pas arrivé au sport par le sport. Il y est arrivé par une prise de conscience, une transformation personnelle, et une question qu'on lui posait partout où il s'entraînait : "Tu es coach ?" De là, il a construit RES-IST— une méthode structurée autour d'un outil d’apparence anodine : la bande élastique. Accessible, progressive et démocratique, elle est pensée pour durer, pas pour performer. L'impact, pour lui, ne se mesure pas sur un tableau de bord. C'est une femme de 50 ans qui distance des jeunes de 18 ans sur un trek. Une mère qui attrape son tram, enfants dans les bras, sans être essoufflée. De la vie réelle. Mais derrière le sport, il y a une autre question — celle de la communauté et de la transmission. Comment on fédère des gens de niveaux radicalement différents autour d'un même mouvement ? Comment on forme des coachs qui incarnent une méthode comme si elle leur appartenait ? Comment le sport devient un levier d'impact durable ?
