Jet lag at bedtime — sleep hypnosis from sunset to stars

Jet lag in a city you don't know: your body still thinks it's afternoon, and there's a meeting at eight. A long sleep hypnosis, composed for someone who flew in today and needed their body to believe it was night. Letting the travel go: the terminals, the bags, the narrow seats A slow body scan, from tired feet to a smooth forehead An open sky turning from afternoon to gold, violet and deep night The same stars that stood over your own home, and an inner clock settling three hours into line Setting down the eight o'clock meeting, and drifting into sleep This session was made for jet lag in a strange room. Describe how you are, in your own words, and Quies composes one for you alone, from what you are living now, in your language, at the length you choose. https://quies.ai?utm_source=podcast&utm_medium=audio&utm_campaign=feed&utm_content=87441f07-ce9f-44c7-9cbc-0db937989b96

Dreading the day — morning meditation with your coffee

Already dreading the day before it starts, coffee in hand, a few minutes left to yourself? This morning meditation was composed for someone tired in mind and body who wanted to arrive in the day instead of being dragged into it. Listen sitting, with your coffee in your hands if you have it. The warmth of the cup, and three slow breaths Letting the tiredness and the dread be there, without fighting them Floating in calm water at dawn, the tiredness settling like sand The difference between being carried and being dragged by a current Two words to take into the day: I arrive This one was made for a morning of dreading the day. Tell Quies how you are this morning, in your own words, and it will compose a session for you alone, in your language, at the length you choose. https://quies.ai?utm_source=podcast&utm_medium=audio&utm_campaign=feed&utm_content=05197689-2b47-4ccb-bdc9-4152c4ed306a

Deadline stress — hypnosis with a thumb-and-finger anchor

Deadline stress pulling you as tight as a wire, the list and tomorrow crowding in, and only a few minutes before you're back at your desk. A short hypnosis for stress, composed for someone with three deadlines this week who needed to go back to work steady. Sit with your feet on the floor and your hands resting wherever they like. Three slow breaths, and the jaw, forehead and shoulders letting go Five steps down to a lake at dusk, its ripples the deadlines and the list The water going still: clear, not asleep The wire loosening into a string tuned just right, one task at a time Thumb to finger, one long breath out, to bring the stillness back at your desk This session was composed for deadline stress in the middle of a working day. Say how you are right now, in your own words, and Quies will compose one for you alone, in your language, at the length you choose. https://quies.ai?utm_source=podcast&utm_medium=audio&utm_campaign=feed&utm_content=a7d848d7-3f97-4c33-81dc-0bec55b4f72e

Awake at 3am — sleep hypnosis, floating on a warm lake

Awake at 3am, or at four, lying in the quiet house: not worried exactly, just heavy, and unable to drift back under. This sleep hypnosis was composed for someone who keeps waking in the small hours and wanted to sink back into sleep without trying. A reminder that rest is already happening, asleep or not Slow breaths, and a body setting its heaviness down one part at a time Ten counts into a warm, dark lake, until you are floating Waking at 3am seen as a swimmer surfacing for air, then sinking back One word to take into the nights ahead: float This one was made for waking at 3am. Tell Quies how you are, in your own words, and it will compose a session for you alone, from what you are living now, in your language, at the length you choose. https://quies.ai?utm_source=podcast&utm_medium=audio&utm_campaign=feed&utm_content=3fb4bbb8-48bc-4d35-85f4-bf1bfd55261b
