If Books Could Kill

Insightful, funny, a great duo !

Not only interesting, but fun and you end up deconstructing books that you thought were helpful at one point but have actually messed you up because of how society was at the time you read them.

Interesting concept, I listened to a couple of episodes but even though they bring up interesting remarks and critic, the discussion is sometimes just… mean?

As many people comment on, these two have a high view of their own intelligence. That being said, I listened for a long time as I still enjoyed the discussion. However, the podcast has just become too biased by their political beliefs to be interesting anymore. They refuse to consider any positions differing from their own as legitimate, much as actually engage with those arguments in a genuine and thoughtful way. The podcast has unfortunately become a boring echo chamber of self-righteousness.
