The Multiple Man | When Self-Intimacy Deepens Partner Sex - with Tom

What happens when sexual satisfaction stops being something you mainly seek from another person… and becomes something you learn to cultivate within yourself? In this episode, I'm sitting down with Tom, who works particularly with men around embodiment, self-connection, and developing a more conscious relationship with their erotic energy. We're talking about his own journey when it comes to feeling fulfilled in a sexual relationship. And the way he chose to go about that was by first turning towards his own body, arousal, and relationship with his sexual energy. So this episode is filled with a very honest and real conversation about a man deepening into his own sexual world through self-pleasure, curiosity, and years of exploration. And also about how the insights and expertise that came out of that journey have gradually started to influence intimacy and partner sex as well, alongside the men's work he offers now. As usual, I'm bringing in my own touch, questions, and reflections, and occasionally a perspective from me as a woman on themes that are primarily approached from a man's experience. Together we touch on: • self-pleasure as a path rather than a technique • dependency, neediness, and filling your own cup • the pressure around erections and performance • slowing down and listening to the body • communicating desires and assumptions • different kinds of sexual needs (Erotic Blueprints) • partner sex and meeting each other without performance • masculine conditioning and learning to receive • intimacy, tenderness, and co-creating pleasure I really enjoyed this conversation with Tom, and I hope you do too. ~ Connect with Tom and his work (Dutch) 🌿 De Meervoudige Man https://meervoudigeman.be/ 🌿 Free Erotic Blueprint Test https://meervoudigeman.be/blauwdrukken/ 🌿 Free Mini-Course https://meervoudigeman.be/#minicursus More from Intimate Breath 🌿 Website www.intimate-breath.com 🌿 Instagram & Facebook @intimatebreath 🌿 The next Liberation Journey starts in January 2027 in Belgium, and a Swedish one is in the making. 2. Letting Life Do You (and… who’s your daddy)

Letting Life Do You (and… who’s your daddy)

On control, trust, and staying in relationship What if life isn’t something to control… but something you’re in relationship with? In this solo episode, I explore what it means to let life do you. Not just in the moments that feel good, but also when things are messy, uncomfortable, or out of your control. We move beyond sensual awareness and into something deeper:How do you stay in contact with yourself when life doesn’t feel like a choice? I weave together perspectives from embodiment, conscious relating, and kink, including the idea of consensual non-consent, to explore how we relate to intensity, trust, and the unknown. It is not about bypassing, forcing positivity, or enjoying suffering. It’s about staying present, taking responsibility where you can, and experimenting with trust where you can’t. In this episode, I touch on:– staying in relationship with life (instead of fixing or resisting)– intensity and edges– the patterns we unconsciously return to– trust, surrender, and the question: can I stay open even when I don’t understand?– translating relational and sexual agreements into how we move through life You’ll hear a different take on surrender. Not as something passive, but something deeply relational. . 🔗 Stay Connected: You can follow my journey and explore more about intimacy and sexuality at www.intimate-breath.com or on Instagram and Facebook: @intimatebreath. 3. Hierarchy with Incense - When ‘Conscious’ Spaces Don’t Feel Safe

Hierarchy with Incense - When ‘Conscious’ Spaces Don’t Feel Safe

What happens when 'conscious' or spiritual language becomes a shield? In this solo episode, I explore a subtle dynamic I’ve seen again and again in intimacy-oriented, embodiment, and spiritual communities: what I call spiritual hierarchy. It's the moment when intuition, inner experience, or emotional fluency starts being used to override someone else’s reality. This episode is for those who are inside these spaces… and also for those who have stayed away from them, stepped out, or felt disappointed - precisely because something didn’t feel right, even when the language sounded beautiful. We talk about how empathic people can easily end up doubting themselves in these environments, how vulnerability can be met with care or quietly turned into a tool for power, and why inner experience is meaningful… but not automatically authority. This is not about cynicism or diagnosing others. It’s about discernment. It’s about mutuality. And it’s about staying connected to your own signals, especially in spaces that speak the language of healing. I also share parts of my own journey from naive compassion to wiser empathy: empathy with boundaries, with choice, and with self-trust. If you’ve ever felt confused after a “conscious” conversation, or wondered whether your discomfort was actually intelligence… this one is for you. . 🔗 Stay Connected: You can follow my journey and explore more about intimacy and sexuality at www.intimate-breath.com or on Instagram and Facebook: @intimatebreath. 📢 We’d Love to Hear from you! 4. Beyond We vs. Them: How We Polarize Ourselves and Others

Beyond We vs. Them: How We Polarize Ourselves and Others

In a world addicted to sides, speed, and certainty, what happens when we slow down and get intimate with the discomfort instead? In this episode, I explore how we-versus-them dynamics — from COVID debates to political leaders, from war to gender and identity — mirror the same parts of ourselves we often reject. With a trauma-informed, body-led lens, I invite you to move beyond dehumanization and into deeper presence, where complexity and curiosity can coexist. This isn’t about agreeing. It’s about staying human. It’s about feeling your feet on the ground when the world feels divided. It’s about relating — even when it’s hard. If you’ve ever longed for a culture that chooses connection over polarization, and presence over performance — this one’s for you. Inside this episode: - How we internalize ‘us vs. them’ thinking — and how to interrupt it - Why nervous system awareness matters in political and relational conflict - What embodiment has to do with culture change - How to hold nuance without collapsing into silence or blame - A call to stay relational — even in disagreement Let this episode be a breath. A reckoning. A return. . 🔗 Stay Connected: You can follow my journey and explore more about intimacy and sexuality at www.intimate-breath.com or on Instagram and Facebook: @intimatebreath. 📢 We’d Love to Hear from You!
