It's Really Spicy

Welcome to my podcast, on here I will discuss and talk about various types of subjects, from my line of work to personal experiences. As a person I always strive to come across as open minded, understanding and relatable; life is hard and dealing with it is even harder. As someone who personally and constantly deals with ADHD, severe Anxiety, Overthinking, and Depression, I try to reach out to all people who may or may not deal with these, and offer a safe space to either relate, or if you just want to hear about my line of work, or maybe just some relatable everyday issues/ problems we run into. I want to keep this channel broad, so that you never really know what I will talk about every time a new episode is posted. My goal on this channel as well is to collab with people on here and have other people's input, as well as perspective on certain topics of discussion; I believe this perspective broadens and opens the mind which I find to be an important trait in this generation/ life.
