    There's a theme that keeps coming up with my Style Reset clients lately: the belief that you're not "stylish enough" to dress well. I hear it all the time, and I totally get it — but it's so far from the truth. In this episode I'm dispelling that myth for good. We talk about the real difference between being stylish and just feeling good in what you wear, why outfit formulas are simpler than you'd think, and why dressing well is a skill set, not something you're born with. I also share the three things to do if you're ready to move out of this mindset: stop comparing, get curious about your style personality, and understand your colours.     What does it actually look like to step away from a business you've built — intentionally, bravely, and at 52 — and call it the best decision you've ever made? That's exactly what Kirsten Smith of Bettyquette did, and honestly this conversation stopped me in my tracks. Kirsten is someone I've spoken to before on the podcast, and when I heard what she'd done in the time since, I knew we had to sit back down together. She closed her business, gave herself a gap year, and came out the other side with a clarity about herself — and her wardrobe — that I think so many of us are quietly searching for.
